Joseph Berg
Partner
Joseph has more than 30 years of experience as a real estate entrepreneur. Joseph served as a Major in Israeli Intelligence forces from 1984 to 2008.
He has a bachelor’s in Accounting (B.Acc.), L.L.B and a Legal Master’s Degree (LLM). Up until 2010, Joseph served as the legal advisor for the largest Israeli consumer organization (“Israel Consumer Council”), and as the founding member of what is known today as the Israeli BBB (“Better Business Bureau”), enacting dozens of laws in the Israeli parliament. In 2010 Joseph met his future partners in Safe Future and began to focus fully on his real estate pursuits, utilizing his background in consumer protection to help Israelis safely invest in the United States.
Today he enjoys his membership as a shareholder and founding member of Safe Future, providing direction in our investment strategy, compliance, business-Plan execution, and corporate governance.

AMIR PELEG
Partner & CEO
Amir Peleg is a seasoned real estate investor with over 15 years of experience. Amir was born in Israel but spent a significant portion of his adolescent life in the US.
He graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in accounting and finance. After completing his studies, Amir took a position as an accountant in the real estate division of a large public accounting firm based in Washington D.C. Throughout his 23 years in the United States he has
accumulated extensive experience as a mortgage banker and real estate entrepreneur. He brings his knowledge,
expertise, and guidance to our acquisition, finance, and ongoing asset management strategies.

Eti Iluz received her MBA in business administration from Uno Acedemic College in 2014. Eti started investing in Real Estate on a private level from the year 2000 doing fix and flip projects in Israel. In 2011, Eti looked to bring…
her skills and experience to US real estate investments, which led her to Safe Future, joining the company around 2011. Eti has an expertise in cross border investor relations, with broad experience in the specifics relating to owning and operating US assets from abroad. Eti is critical in our on-going operations and team coordination, and she is highly involved in our customer success experience. She also has a crucial role in coordinating compliance and corporate governance.

Ronen Regev
Asset Management
Ronen Regev-Cabir served for 15 years as the head of research for the largest Israeli consumer organisation (“Israel Consumer Council”), and later as a founding member and head of research of what is today the Israeli BBB…
(“Better Business
Bureau”). Until recently Ronen served over 5 years, as the CEO of “Civic Trust”.
During these periods, Ronen specialized in analysis of a variety of complex markets, including regulatory impact assessments, compliance risk assessments, expected impact of structural changes in markets (from all stakeholders’ perspectives), advisory papers for the Government and the Knesset (The Israeli Parliament) and consulted for some of the largest business organizations in Israel.
For the last two years Ronen heads the Asset Management Department in Safe Future, charged with the overall supervision of the quality of management in investors’ groups properties, adequate due diligence process for assets and all aspects of reporting to investors.

Jacob Shprecher

Jacob went to Marymount Manhattan University for his undergraduate degree in Business Administration. He began his career in commercial real estate investment sales in Miami, FL where he spent his childhood & later university years. As things unraveled post the great recession of 2008 Jacob transitioned into commercial property & asset management in 2010, becoming Executive Vice President of a recognized South Florida firm. Jacob grew a portfolio to over 3,000,000 square feet of office, industrial, retail, and special-use properties, and over 2,000 apartments. In 2015, as the development cycle started to pick up in Miami, Jacob took the opportunity to serve as Vice President of a premier Miami acquisition and development company. While serving as VP of operations Jacob led acquisition & development of over $1.3 billion of development projects. Jacob serves Safe Future Investments as Director of Development and Acquisitions, keeping him involved through-out the business plan execution of our entire portfolio. The purview of his functions gives him a role in asset management, debt & equity structuring, structured partnerships, financial operations, and general business plan objectives needing interface.
